Intro to Sourdough

Baking your own bread is a time-honored tradition! In this beginner-level class, you will learn the basics of sourdough bread with Jessy Varisano from Foot of the Mountain Farm, making your own loaf to take home and bake!

You will need the following for this class:

-Medium sized mixing bowl

-Two kitchen towels (flour sack towels work best)

-Your own hands!

(Aprons welcomed)

We will show you all the steps from feeding your starter to taking your first bite and options for baking equipment you already have at home!

All students will receive a starter and recipe in addition to one loaf of dough to take home and bake.

All ages are welcome!
