Strawberry Patch

We love the ripe tastes of summer!

Just as different strawberries have varying flavor profiles and ripeness that directly affect the balance of sweetness and tartness, teas also share similar variances, revealing distinct characteristics due to the way the leaves are rolled and roasted.

We are ever growing in our understanding of the variables that go into bringing you a glass of kombucha– from the water to the teas, to the temperature, to the sugar, and fermentation vessel, not to mention time and the populations of bacteria and yeast. So much occurs even before flavoring, and it’s a continual dance of discovery with the amalgamation of flavor profiles.

Our newest brew, Strawberry Patch features local berries from Country Creek Produce and hibiscus, paired with an organic green tea blend. Rich in antioxidants, this tea blend boasts earthy undertones and roasted nuances. It’s like you threw on your backpack and ventured out to the spot where the forest meets the strawberry fields, and you pause to take in the complex variation of fruity, slightly tart, and woodsy aromas of the sunlit afternoon. Ah, the bliss of summer!
