Our newest brew features a fruit that’s been around for thousands of years, but it’s new to us!

Have you been to Oyler’s in Biglerville? It’s a small, family-owned farm and market with locally sourced and organic meats, fruits, vegetables and more! On a recent trip, I found something I had never had before, pomelo, or pummelo. I learned that it is the largest citrus fruit, closely related to grapefruit. I was so intrigued, I picked up a few to make a small batch of kombucha!

Introducing Citrus Maximus, a refreshing pairing of citrus cousins, pomelo and grapefruit, finished with elderflower. Each sip is full of flavor and function with immune-boosting Vitamin C and the bonus benefits of elderflower, which was traditionally used to treat symptoms of colds and flu.
